On January 27, 2026, TZST collaborated with the Zhongbei Digital Science Park Property Management Center to conduct a specialized fire safety training program integrating theory and practical drills. The initiative aimed to strengthen corporate safety responsibility, enhance employees’ fire safety awareness and emergency response capabilities, and solidify the foundation for a secure production environment. The training focused on systematic fire safety knowledge acquisition and the standardized use of fire extinguishers.

The training followed a scientific “theory-first, practice-reinforced” model. In the first phase, all TZST employees participated in a video-based theoretical session covering fire safety regulations, industry-specific fire risks, principles of initial fire suppression, and emergency evacuation procedures. Through case studies and professional instruction, employees significantly improved their theoretical understanding of fire prevention and risk identification.
The second phase involved hands-on fire extinguisher drills. Under the guidance of professional instructors from the property management center, TZST employees practiced using dry powder fire extinguishers in simulated fire scenarios. Trainees mastered the standard operating procedure—”Lift, Pull, Aim, Squeeze”—through step-by-step training on equipment inspection, proper handling, and suppression techniques, ensuring they can respond swiftly and effectively in emergencies.

Workplace safety is a cornerstone of TZST’s sustainable development. Adhering to the principle of “Prevention First, Combine Prevention with Control,” TZST conducts regular, scenario-based training to instill a deep-rooted safety culture among employees. By making emergency response skills a fundamental competency, TZST reinforces its commitment to product quality assurance and operational excellence, which are critical for its growth as a reliable global supplier.
The Zhongbei Shuke Park Property Management Center provided professional support for the joint training and expressed commitment to ongoing safety collaboration with park enterprises. This program has further strengthened TZST employees’ fire safety skills, providing a solid foundation for stable production and high-quality development. Moving forward, TZST will continue improving its safety management system and conduct regular safety education to foster a proactive safety culture where employees actively prioritize and practice safety.
